The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half, you will be the bridge between top-tier candidates and leading businesses in Melbourne’s Southeast region.

Your day will involve:

• Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the Melbourne market.
• Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients and candidates in your area of specialisation.
• Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
• Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.

Your Skills & Experience

• Experienced in 360-degree recruitment or solution based B2B sales/service.
