Description
We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet System Administrator / Developer to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise content and workflow management systems. Due to the nature of this role, only Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or candidates with full Australian working rights and AGSVA clearance eligibility will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, manage, and support IBM FileNet P8 v5.x environments.
- Troubleshoot and develop solutions across Windows and Linux (RHEL) platforms.
- Work with technologies including cron, SQL, firewall, LDAP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, REST, Tomcat, and core Linux utilities.
- Integrate FileNet P8 with locally developed and enterprise applications.
- Support and enhance document and workflow solutions using FileNet Content Manager and FileNet Business Process Manager.
- Utilize IBM Daeja ViewOne for document viewing and rendering solutions.
- Perform data analysis, classification, and maintenance of system data and relationships.
- Design and maintain data models to support system functionality and operations.
- Participate in development and delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Provide operational support, issue resolution, and system improvements in a secure enterprise environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years as a FileNet System Administrator, working with content and workflow management.
- Strong hands-on experience with the FileNet P8 Suite, including:
- FileNet Content Manager
- FileNet Business Process Manager
- Experience using FileNet P8 administration tools such as:
- FileNet Enterprise Manager (CE Administration)
- P8 Workplace (AE Administration)
- Process Configuration Console
- Process Task Manager
- Process Administrator (PE Administration)
- 2+ years of experience developing and customizing FileNet applications using Kofax Ascent Capture and related libraries.
- 2+ years of experience in document workflow management using FileNet eProcess Suite, including Workflow Services and Visual Workflow.
- 2+ years of experience developing web-centric FileNet applications using:
- FileNet Web Application Toolkit
- FileNet Web Services (Content & Process Engine)
- FileNet Java APIs
- 2+ years of experience developing Java/J2EE components integrated with FileNet.
- Experience with Oracle 12c databases.
- Knowledge of Kerberos (SSO) authentication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous government project or development experience is highly desirable.
- IBM FileNet Content Manager v5.x Specialist Certification is preferred.
