Analyst Programmer

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Programmer Analyst who designs technology solutions for an organization, determine what needs to be resolved and helps put those solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 
  Organizing information about a procedure to be improved or an issue to be resolved
• Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
• Writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures
• Recommending a solution to management through written reports or presentations
• Conducting onsite observations and interviewing employees to determine methods, equipment and personnel needed
• Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language
• Recommending new procedures, systems or organisational changes
• Developing alternative practices or solutions
• Meeting with Managers to ensure changes are working
• Programming the system by encoding the requirements of the project in computer language
• Providing advice, guidance and supporting and assisting other programmers

Skills and Qualifications

• 
  Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in programming languages
• In-depth understanding of various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript and C#
• Excellent technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
